Download From Any site even if IP Restricted

If your an downloader from Rapidshare or Megaupload (and you dont have perimium membership) You will most likely get the anoying message saying that you cannot download anymore for a certain amount of time or days. Well this hack will make you download how meany times you want from ANY site if you have any restrictions.

Instructions:

1) Clear all temp internet files (******s) from all webrowsers on your computer

2) now open windows command prompt cmd (run - cmd)

MAKES SURE ALL INTERNET BROWSERS ARE CLOSED.

3) type in the folowing codes on by one in this order

ipconfig/flushdns

ipconfig/release

ipconfig/renew

after the last code your internet will be restarted. Now exit cmd and manually disconnect your internet. Then wait about 2min then reconnect your internet and thats it. go back to the download and magically you can download again.
If you have done all and it still has restricted you then most likeley you have a static IP address then you wont be able to do this. Most fast modern internet connections use Dynamic so you should be ok. If you have Dynamic and it still dont work then you have must have not done somthing right.
This Most common problem is not clearing your ******s or internet files. To chek if you have any ******s from the site you want to download from you go to the site and copy and paste this code.
